All aboard!!!!! Welcome to the last blog train of 2010 for Gothic Inspirations!! This month's theme is all about Christmas and holidays, so make sure to stop on by this AWESOME train we have designed for your snagging pleasure and addiction!! We have PU kits as well as some fantastic CU items, all for free!! When you stop by each blog, be sure to leave some luv' that way we know you've stopped by to snag away! Besides, it's the holiday season, and it's just the right thing to do! Before getting to my portion, I just want share a personal note with those of you who follow regularly, and those who are stopping by for the very first time. The last 5 weeks have been the toughest, most stressful weeks I have experienced in a VERY long time. The last time I had to deal with any sort of drama, was when my Daddy died 5 years ago. I was able to see that time through while I was on my psych meds, which I've been off of completely for 3 years now for my bipolar. I have my good days and bad days still, but have learned to understand and recognize my triggers for my mania. Weather happens to be a HUGE trigger for me. When the storms hit last month, I thought we were all going to die. As we have slowly moved on from that point in time, I have started falling back on my faith more, and it's helped to ease the stress and struggle we continue to face while piecing our house and lives back together. Between the baseball size hail, and the tornado right across from the house (still unconfirmed, though all signs are there that we did have one), it's been one crazy ride for sure. I can't begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for the digi-designing community, both designers and snaggers alike. It's folk like you that have helped with prayers and encouragement when I thought life was just going to overwhelm me. I still struggle, but today is easier than yesterday, and tomorrow will be even better. I thank you all from the bottom of my wee lil' heart for your love, prayers, encouragement, and support. Those two words seem so insignificant with what has been done for us, but all I am able to find at this moment. And now.... ~~* Snag my portion here *~~ Other stops on this awesome train... Hi y'all...

Am thinking I'm going to go back to what I did way long ago when I first started making freebies, and having them be available for a limited time to download. It's quite frustrating to ask for a simple thank you, and very few (less than 5%, more often only 2-3%) do leave a thank you. I even have several ways of doing it: my shout box, comment on my blog, or at 4shared. You can even be so kind as to click an Adsense link if you care to not say anything. But alas... William has better manners than some freebie snatchers. Guess that will just be how things are....

Ok, enough of my rant and on to the freebie...

I have a fun, funky, grungy, dirty CU overlay I am making available as a freebie for ONE WEEK ONLY!! I ask that you use your manners and say thank you if you care to download. I have been learning some stuff about brushes, filters, and so forth with both PSP and PS, and am having a blast with it! So, thought I would share one of my play-time results as a freebie. It's full size, is designed at 300 dpi, and is available for commercial or personal use. I don't require credit, but it's always appreciated. (Though that's something else am thinking about changing too... hrmmm...)
