On for only a moment between crying spells. Tomorrow, we're going to be seeing our beloved Bubba, Hubby's Akita of nearly 9 years, off to the Rainbow Bridge. We found out today that the pain and suffering he's been in for the last week is due to massive swelling of his heart due to major heart disease, and congestive heart failure. Hubby made the decision to bring our Bubba home this afternoon so William, Hubby, Harley, and I can spend these last precious hours with him before tomorrow morning.

We love you so much, Bubba, more than words could ever describe. You have been William's best friend a growing boy could ever ask for, and he loves you so much though he doesn't fully understand what will be happening. He just knows that after tomorrow, you'll be his special doggy-angel protecting him from the Rainbow Bridge.

I've been without the internet since yesterday morning. Long and the short.. HughesNet stinks big time. That's all I'm gonna say....

It's been ages since I blogged, so very sorry. Am not feeling all that great right now. Am really depressed about our financial situation: so much needs done (i.e. getting uniforms for William to start school in 3 weeks, school supply shopping, behind in all bills, Hubby still not back to work, could go on and on...)... but, I need to put on my shiney-happy face and just press on. Thursday when I was in the process of trying to clean house, I did something nawty and really did a number on my back. Today has been the first day I've been able to get around (slow and decrepid, but moving) instead of being on my back all day. I'm also having issues with my PCOS.. the doc had me on the Nuva-ring, and that didn't do anything at all. Have been having my "friend" for almost 2 months now, and the "doc" has just put me on a new b/c pill. I told him I can't take them because of the intense nausea, mood swings, and other un-nice things I become because of them, but he apparently refuses to listen. I've been on them nearly a week and a half, and still no change in how things are progressing, except for my wicked mood and/or temper. *grrr*

Anyway... I wanted to do something since I haven't had a freebie in a while. I was just messing around with shapes, and came up with these. There are 25 stars in total, so not everything is shown in the preview. They're all CU/PU oriented, and are tagger sized. All I ask is for a wee bit of luvins, nothing more. Maybe I can get myself out of this funk and get my latest kit I'm working on finished, entitled Butterfly Fantasy. It's uber pretty, and am having all kinds of fun designing it. I have some other ideas as well, including a Back to School kit/collection to help celebrate William starting kindergarten. He's way excited, to the point we are doing a count-down of when school starts. He starts the day marking off that day on the calendar, and then spends the rest of the day talking about how much longer it's going to be. *hehehe* I'm so proud of my lil guy.
